The Best 10 Free Productivity Apps that will Change Your Life
How to be More Productive and Manage your Time in the Most Effective Way for You?
Here are 10 FREE Productivity Apps that will Save you Time and a Lot of Energy.
Regular use of Apps will give you a lot of time and will give you the ability to spend more time with your family.
1. Brain Focus Timer App– “Brain Focus” is a Time Management Application that Will Help you Manage Your Time!
The Brain Focus application is based on a technique like Pomodoro, but you can change the duration of the session according to your needs.

2. Any.do– is a Task Productivity Management Application Where you Can Enter and Synchronize Tasks and Reminders Across all our Devices Through the Cloud.
Also has a useful and time-saving feature for those who find themselves often forgetting things at the right time and having to go back to do them:
A cool feature that an app include:
Location-based reminders.
This allows us to be reminded of a relevant task when we are near the place where it is supposed to take place – whether it’s the supermarket (“Remember to bring milk”), work (“Put your phone in a quiet state”) or a place to spend (“Do not forget to show the coupon”).
I recently discovered the app and it saves me quite a bit of time and makes me much more organized on my day-to-day basis. Highly recommend by me.

3. Evernote – is a Productivity App that Allows Users to Take Notes.
The saved notes are synchronized with the software servers, and the user can view his or her comments through the software or access them via the software website.

4. Automatelt – an Application that Saves Time Most Efficiently.
It just does things automatically. It works by defining “rules” based on triggers and pre-defined actions.
In what cases can this be very useful for you?
Does it happen to you that you forget to put your device in silent mode when you arrive at an office appointment?
Define the place and each time you reach it, a quiet mode will be activated on your own.
It happens to me quite a bit that I forget to turn on and off the GPS every time I use navigation software.
So the following function was created just for me 😊 and for people like me.
You can create a rule based on an app (“Launching the Navigation application”) that will turn on the GPS and turn it off when you’re done in purpose to save battery.
Want your phone to vibrate while you’re in a meeting automatically? You can create a rule based on your calendar.
And another cool rule, do you want your phone to notify a woman when you leave work? Select the time and time switch (“after 5 pm” and “exit from work”) and the machine will send it an SMS without a finger touch.
The database contains dozens of types of triggers and can be added without limitation.
The application works according to “mass wisdom” and you can download rules from the database already existing by users.

5. KeePass – Until Recently I was Managing my List of Passwords in the Little Booklet I was Hanging Around.
To find a password I was looking for, I would browse the pages until I found the relevant password. Sounds outdated and inefficient? Absolutely right …😊
I was looking for a free application that could sort things out with my passwords and so I discovered KeePass.
So what is KeePass and what is its use?
Today we must remember many passwords.
We need a password for the Windows network login, our e-mail account, and sometimes not one, online passwords (like account member site), etc.
The list is endless.
We also need to use different passwords for each account.
Because if you use only one password everywhere and someone gets this password you have a problem … serious problem.
KeePass is a free Open Source application that helps you manage your passwords securely.

6. Boomerang for Gmail – Today We Receive Huge Quantities of Emails to Our Mailbox.
Do we have to answer everyone at once?
Do we know how to track emails effectively or that the emails are “lost” and we can not find them …
What is Boomerang for Gmail and what is its use?
With a boomerang extension, you can write an email now and schedule it to be automatically sent at the most convenient time for you, just type the messages as you usually do, and then click the Send Later button.
One of the most interesting features of Boomerang is the ability to remove messages from your inbox until you really need them.
Just press the Boomerang button when you have an open email, and choose when you need it again.
The ability to set up by a user that your inbox will stop receiving new email until you set it up research shows that checking email only a few times a day reduces stress and increases productivity.
In my opinion great features, there are default times predefined by an application that works fine for me (Of course you can update it as you wish )(receiving emails at 8:00 am, at 13:00, and 17:00).
The amount of distractions received by emails has fallen miraculously.

7.StayFocused – A Great Plugin for Increasing our Productivity by Limiting the Amount of Time we Spend on Wasting Time on Websites.
To me, this supplement is insanely relevant to the time we live in. In one of the 2018 US youth studies, boys were found to be on average 9 hours a day on social networks.
Probably given to adults is less but not as much.
Think about how much time we would save with not being so long on social networks.
Here comes the StayFocused extension for Chrome, which answers just the waste of time on websites and helps you stay focused on your work.
The extension allows you to block or allow entire sites, specific subdomains, specific pages and paths, and even specific content on the page (videos, games, images).
Sites that have been blocked will not be accessible for predefined hours.

8. Mr.Number-Block calls & spam – a Great and Free Application for Blocking Conversations from Hidden People, Businesses, and Numbers. Automatically Block Potential Fraud and Suspicious Spam Conversations.
Calls can be blocked from one person, an area code, or an entire country.
Excellent for blocking calls from telemarketing companies and selling various products. 😊

9. RescueTime – is a Time-Tracking Productivity App that Records the Applications you Use, the Websites you visit.
The app creates self-awareness through its reports.
The app helps you stay on track while you work, you can block distracting sites and applications when you need to focus.
The application provides constant feedback and helps you manage your time better so you can spend your day the way you want.

10. TRELLO– I Use this Application all the Time, for Teams and Personal Goals.
The Essence of the App is the Ability to Help Teams Share and Manage Work. Great as a To-Do List.
Very suitable for small teams to improve team sharing especially in a dynamic work environment.
Can also fit into personal work as a tool for managing small projects that you are working on.
What I liked about TRELLO’s interface is that it’s very user-friendly for beginner understanding, with very beautiful visual features and a very inviting interface to use.
The app with drag and drop capabilities is very good.
What does it mean?
Upload photos or attach PDFs to a clipboard, you can select them from your computer and drag them right to the card. You can also upload from Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, or a URL.
While working with an app in his free version, I lacked the basic principles of project management.
Such as the ability to extract Gantt charts, the ability to extract analyzes on teamwork.
Beyond that, I really enjoyed working with Trello’s interface.

Hope these Productivity Apps will save you time and will increase your productivity.
